Release is a therapeutic self-care Method used to free muscles and myofascia.
The method combines the use of Small Therapeutic Balls and specific Myofascial Chain Stretches, skillfully blended together with complementary modalities. This creates a powerful sensory and neuromuscular experience that helps lets go of unproductive patterns in the body. The system works muscles in detail, to create suppleness in tight areas. It optimizes range of motion and provides a profound muscular and myofascial release unlike any other method available today.
The Release methods are user friendly and can be taught to clients/patients for use at home. It is a comprehensive method that is geared towards teaching health professionals deeply effective techniques to impart to their patients to empower them towards self-healing. The Methods are also available to the general public.

RELEASE with THERAPEUTIC SMALL BALL: The Method uses an assortment of therapeutic balls of different sizes and densities, distinct applications of the ball to the body, traction and body weight. You learn a systematic method to: elongate muscle, free muscular & myofascial restrictions, separate muscle compartments, free joint capsule restriction, and identify and release trigger points.
SCIENTIFICALLY BASED: With reference to the groundbreaking Thomas Myers book and courses in "Anatomy Trains – Myofascial Meridians". The Method employs the anatomy of the Myers global myofascial chain system as its foundation.
CHAIN - STRETCH: To achieve maximum benefit, learn an updated myofascial approach to releasing the entire myofascial sling of muscles, rather than being limited to single muscle stretching.
